    Who's taken the NASM test?

    I'm studying to get my NASM cert right now. I just finished chapter four. How much of the test is actually going to focus on the material involving the kinetic chain? I have a general understanding of it and intend to continue reviewing the material over the next few weeks, but I'm definitely having some trouble thoroughly understanding/rememberimg the more complicated human biology aspects of the material?
