BACKGROUND:
Im 16 yrs old and have been lifting pretty much since middle school. I weigh 166 lbs first thing in the morning at 5'8". In the last month I've put on 7 lbs of mostly lean muscle so I'm hoping to at least break 170 in the next month with Mass FX. I decided to make this log because there's not many 16 yr olds with testosterone booster logs and I know there's alot of people that are curious plus its about time i work my way out of the redz. If i get good enough results off this first bottle i'll continue for an additional month as long as there's no sides. As for my program im going to continue my West Side For Skinny Bastards program. Im in the middle of my 14th week on it. Im looking to gain strength, explosiveness and hopefully put on some pounds through this program. The only modification i'm including is using the 5/3/1 method for max effort(ME) lifts. For ME lifts I work up to getting 3 sets within 90% of my max weight on ME days increasing the weight each set. As for supps im taking Mass FX(of course) plus creatine mono, ON 100%, Whey,fish oil, multi and caffeine pills when needed. Dosing for Mass FX will go like this: 1-2-1 on training days, 1-1-1-1 on off days. My diets what i need but not down to the dime like alot of guys i see. I'd rather eat too many calories than too less. I get in as much protein as i can which is always at least 1-1.5g/lb+ but also alot of quality and quick carbs...I usually down a homeade weight gainer in the morning then after workouts get 40g of whey and 10g casein from milk plus around 100g+ of quick carbs

Comments: Of course today was the first day of Mass FX for me. I got a great pump in the gym and had a pretty good workout but im not going to credit the Mass FX for that yet because it was probrily just from hitting my muscles hard and/or placebo affect. I also took a caffeine pill preworkout today. The CG Bench went up 10 lbs since last time but its been 2 months and i would expect it to improve. Also I've been closegriping with my pink fingers in the smooth part. Next week im going to put my index fingers in the smooth part instead and that should deffinately make the weight go up. Its 130 am right now so i'm gonna take my last pill for the day with a pb sandwich/milk and go to bed.

thanks...why do you say WS II?
edit:im not near season right now. I quit football because i wasn't gonna play varsity and i could now do fall lacrosse camps. My ultimate goal is to go all-american for lacrosse this year as a junior so i still have almost 7 months to work on speed till the season. Ill start running 3-4 months out but when that time comes ill definately look into WS II.

Comments: Good workout felt good especially on the squats but i got a good nights rest so im hessitant to credit the FX yet as its only my second day although its deffinately affecting me bc ive been getting monster boners all day ha! dont know what im gonna do once school starts lol hopefully that will go away eventually but its prolly only gonna get worse as i get further into the cycle lol

sorry i stopped bc i didnt think anyone was interested but i still have my workouts logged so ill get them up to date tomorow...i wouldnt say it doesnt work...divanil has been proven to work and even if its a placebo...i dont really give a **** bc my lifts are still going up so im getting stronger lifts reguardless. i box squated 290 which was a 30lb increase from last time i did them plus i felt like i coulda got 300+easy. i also closegripped 200lbs which was 20lbs more than 9 weeks ago. im not saying its some miracle supp but ive deffinately noticed how much more aggressive ive beeen plus ive been getting more acne which really sucks but shows me its working bc my testosterone is goin up

I like how that guy negative repp'd me for saying something doesnt work.. lol its personal opinion.. I get the same results on a bulking diet without supplements as I did on it.. were young dude.. all we have to do is eat and lift... if you believe its working then right on, but I know it doesnt..
Hopefully I'll make it to 6% by this winter so I can finally bulk for the rest of my life.

Comments: 1 caffiene pill preworkout. This program is working wonders for me. feels great to be crushing my maxes each week. Last cycle around I deadlifted 245x5 so thats a 50lb increase. I think this might also have to do with getting my form better but im really happy for it especially since i havent deadlifted in 7 weeks. My form wasnt good and I was deffinately feeling it in my back after so I wont be going as heavy next week. Overall a great workout for today im not gonna be able to feel my hams tomorow
