    meant 9/14 not 9/7 on the last post...i just copy and paste the week before and change the lifts but i forgot to fix the date...hittin the gym for ME Upper in a few mins


    Edit: wow just looked and i really f*cked up alot of numbers and stuff...ill try to keep a better journal and proofread before i post in the future. Also update on weight i weighed 169 in the morn which is a 3lb+. My scale kept going from 168-169 then it stopped at 169 so im going with that

    Comments: took a caffiene pills and had a real good workout. Definately felt the alphaness in the gym today

    ME LOWER BODY
    9/18

    Deadlifts: worked up to 295x3
    Bulg. Split Squats:60x8,60x8,60x8
    45 Degree Hyperextensions: 25x12,25x12,25x12
    4 sets of Leg and Knee raises

    Comments: OUCH! that really hurt...performed 2 less reps than last week at the same weight. Biggest dissapointment while on this program. I took 2 caffiene pills pre workout and didnt feel tired but it was probrily because i didnt have my lifting straps. Last week i left them in a locker and forgot them but i didnt really care too much bc they were free. I'm almost out of whey so ill probrily order some off bb.com in the next few days and ill get free staps hopefully for next week.
