    sorry just getting to subbing and replying, you will get to 275 x 5 in no time really, just keep focusing on it. once you get comfortable with 275, the reps will come quickly. just treat it like your first time at 225.

    All good man, most people find they make huge gains on legs after not working them for a while. They'll get in proportion in due time.

    hahaha i know i dont think im big but it was cool to hear, and i have a love/hate relationship with deads...i love them, but they hate me. i was progressing real nice and one day i got 315x5 then the next time my form was shot and i couldnt even do it once, ever since then ive been working on form, so this week i think i have it down so it should be good.

    Remember sometimes its not form, lots time its just a lot of people start to degress when they train a lift for so long.

    Happened to me too. I pulled 445 one day, and three weeks later I barely pulled 385.

    But ifv you don't deadlift I'm gonna neg you

    hopefully i can see something next week. it says to see full results take for 30-60 days so if good **** starts happening i might buy another bottle and keep it going
