Im getting my friend started on Keto today. Last week was a carb weaning phase.
Morning : 40gms Isolate, Almonds, Fruit Juice, Walnuts, PB
Next meal : Chicken Breast / KFC or 5 eggs + yolk
Next meal : Whey shake + 2 tsp PB
Workout + creatine+beta alanine+citrulline malate
Post workout = glutamine+40gms whey isolate
5 eggs + 1 yolk / chicken / beef or tuna.
This is going to be 3 weeks of Keto to get him from 155/5'6" 15% BF to atleast 10%
Are PB and Egg yolks ok for Keto? Also take fibre morning and night is ok since -fibre he will just be farting all the protien!!
Will add spinach/broccolli too, I personally love it but nto sure if he is going to eat them.
What are other good sources of fat besides vrigin olive oil, coconut oil?
