hello everyone been checkin out this forum a couple days....very impressed,I've been lifting off/on for 20 years now,always a fire in me,sometimes a little stronger than other times,I look forward to using this site..it seems very informative.Will be 35 next month,5'10" 220 lbs.my name is Robert,I am married with 2 kids,and am an auto technician by trade.Influences are of course Arnold,Lou,Ronnie and Lee Haney.Love the old school stuff.I have been a member of gyms before in my area,now I have equipped my basement(work in progress)so the family can get involed too.
