you got a WO partner if I may ask? I used to be scared ****less loading heavy on squats but now with a good spotter who I know I can trust I push myself a lot and usually fail on the last rep but he helps me make it. Its also all just mental, if you go in the gym like damn I cant do 10kg extra or you go like damn this feels happy damn sure it will feel happy. Next WO smash it my brother!!

Yes a Workout partner definately helps a ****-ton! But I wasn't scared of the weight at all, just knew my limits. There was no way I was getting it for another nine sets after hitting failure on the first, and having squatted like 86% of my max 8x4 the previous day! I might restart on monday and do 105kg monday, 110kg wednesday, 115kg friday and 122.5kg saturday?

haha 'preciate it! Easy as phuck cus I'll be doing 82.5x3x10 on saturday... and I have two days benching before that :P I think this is how Smolov is supposed to feel, not impossible like my squats lol. Hopefully my shoulder loves me enough to let me smash through and come out with a 100kgx5 bench or better

When i was done with my 7th set one of the biggest guys in the gym came up to me and asked me how i squat so low, felt good man.
I showed him how to squat oly style and we ended up talking about the O and stuff! Pretty cool guy.
