    Day 8 (August 26) (Rest/Cardiovascular)


    DOMs Guideline:
    3 - Major DOMs (This is where my DOMs are the worst. It hurts to do everyday activity with this type of DOMs. Normally takes 3-5 days to fully recover.)

    2 - Mild DOMs (This is where my DOMs are in the middle of the two. It is not as bad as #3 where it hurts but it is not as good as #1 where i can barely feel it. Normally takes 2-3 days to fully recover.)

    1 - Minimal DOMs (This is where my DOMs are very little but it is still obvious meaning that I know it is still there but does not affect my day - to - day activity. Normally takes 1-2 days to fully recover.)

    0 - No DOMs

    DOMs Indicator:
    Hamstrings - 1
    Upper Back - 0
    Traps - 0.5
    Quads - 2


    Agent-M Dosage:
    8 Bullet Caps Upon Waking


    Training:
    30 Minutess Low Intensity Jump Rope


    Thoughts:
    I noticed a significant decrease in DOMs this morning. I am usually sore as hell after those two workouts.

    Day 9 (August 27) (Hypertrophy/Chest,Biceps,Triceps)


    DOMs Guideline:
    3 - Major DOMs (This is where my DOMs are the worst. It hurts to do everyday activity with this type of DOMs. Normally takes 3-5 days to fully recover.)

    DOMs were not that bad this morning. I wake up really refreshed in the mornings now rather than dragging as$. I have also noticed that my mood is more positive post-workout. I am usually cranky but not as much now.

    Good to hear that you have a more positive attitude during workouts. Attitude goes a long way with lifting. Although, some of my best workouts have come from me having a chip on my shoulder, haha.
    I want to work hard and do my best in life so I never have to ask myself "what if".

    Day 14 (September 1) (Power Lower)


    DOMs Guideline:
    3 - Major DOMs (This is where my DOMs are the worst. It hurts to do everyday activity with this type of DOMs. Normally takes 3-5 days to fully recover.)

    I just finished my first bottle of Agent-M. A little short review. (Note, i was short 4 capsules from my first bottle resulting in a total of 116 capsules)

    Agent-M does what it was meant to do as advertised: "The Muscle Mechanic - Progressive BCAA & Recovery Supplement!"
    - Since running this log, i have noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction with DOMs (Muscular Soreness)
    - What this does, indirectly, is allowed me to workout at a higher intensity for the next workout without being worned down by the DOMs from the previous workouts
    - Thus it is a chain reaction where you work out your muscles even harder because your workouts are not inhibited from previous DOMs
    - Supplied with a properly prepared nutritional plan (aka diet) one can grow at their potential growth rate
    - I have also noticed an increase in VASCULARITY although i am uncertain it is from Agent-M but the increase has started since i started this log
    - Lastly, Gym God has noted a possibility of "MUSCULAR HARDNESS" which i have not seen thus far but could potentially happen in the second half of this log.

    - Since this log, i have added 1.5lbs and am sitting at 157 - 158lbs from 156lbs. Doesn't seem like much but considering the amount of calories i was in taking, i was very happy. I am happy because i have kept my BF% at the same level (tested via Body Capillaries). Although they are incredibly inaccurate at determining the person's body fat level, they are a good indication (especially for me) for if body fat is being added or removed.     Thoughts:
    My hammies are still sore this morning although i must say i am now experiencing this "muscle hardness" gym god has been preaching about at the start of this log. Yesterday was my "rest" day. In other words, i had no means of muscle stimulation...in a direct way. Normally after a rest day, i feel sorta flabby and "not hard". Today, it felt as if i did a light session of weights already. My muscles, more specifically my arm, feels VERY pumped and "hard" or not flabby at all. Pretty cool stuff if you ask me. Along with that, i have noticed more pronounced vascularity from a resting state whereas i usually see my veins during/after workouts when blood is flowing through them.

    Day 22 (September 9) (Rest)


    DOMs Guideline:
    3 - Major DOMs (This is where my DOMs are the worst. It hurts to do everyday activity with this type of DOMs. Normally takes 3-5 days to fully recover.)

    2 - Mild DOMs (This is where my DOMs are in the middle of the two. It is not as bad as #3 where it hurts but it is not as good as #1 where i can barely feel it. Normally takes 2-3 days to fully recover.)

    1 - Minimal DOMs (This is where my DOMs are very little but it is still obvious meaning that I know it is still there but does not affect my day - to - day activity. Normally takes 1-2 days to fully recover.)

    0 - No DOMs

    DOMs Indicator:
    Shoulders - 0
    Hamstrings - 1
    Quads - 2
    Back - 2
    Glutes - 1


    Agent-M Dosage:
    8 Bullet Caps Upon Wakening


    Training:
    None.

    torrent and agent m, it looks like a very promising stack. anyways, what does doms stand for? has your appetite increased a little? more energy, or any other good side effects in the lines of those?

    DOMs = Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness

    My appetite is always high so i cannot comment on that aspect.

    I have noticed an overall increase in energy during my workouts and especially post-workout which is nice as i can still enjoy the day without dragging a$$. I also noticed an increase in vascularity.

    The star component of Agent-M, in my opinion, is the increase rate of recovery from a workout hence the DOMs indicator i have included in each of my posts within this log.
