I am 18 years older and next month gona turn 19. I am 170cm tall and want to grow upto178cm and I am 70KG. My parents are very short I think 160cm or abit below. I do some hanging, chin ups, cycling and few times streaching. I drink milk, dont drink soft drinks, nor any junk or unheatly food, no alcohol, no smoking. I have a heatly diet most of the time.

well ur 18. ur probally around ur peak in growth and development. its possible. but not likely IMO. im no doctor. but next time u get a physical ask ur doctor. its great u have a healthy diet and lifestyle. but since ur older(adult stage) ur probably not gonna be much taller. i dont wanna be the bearer of bad news lol..but ya... and idkOriginally Posted by Illiusionist

you can gain 1-2 inches temporary height by stretching and increasing ur posture if you dont have good posture. But you have to keep doing them and its not permanent.
You can do a shinbone routine which is perminant and u can grow anywhere from 1mm to 2 inches through bone remodeling. Its pretty much like the surgery where they break your legs and then they grow back longer but instead you just make micro fractures (Kicking a bag, running on concrete, jump roping on hard surface, etc) and let them hang off a bed with weights on em.

My aunty and unlce are also 5feet only just same hieght as parents but thier kids are 6"2++ Tall!! Where the heck gens went? They dont do any carido workout either or any exercise!
