Is this bad? 36% Protein, 30% Fat, and 34% Carbs.

If it matters I'm 19, 5'11, and weight about 152. Go to the gym 5 days out of the week and do cardio 3. So I started posting what I eat on fitday.com, and those are the percentages that I usually get. It usually adds up to around 1700-2000 Calories , 50-60 grams of fat, 150-280 grams(The 280 only happened once and i have no idea how, its usually 150-160) of carbs, and 150-160 grams of protein. By eating the way I am, Am I losing Muscle? Gaining weight? Losing weight? I would really like to know what I should change about my diet. I'm right now trying to build more muscle and get a little bigger.

Because your post is silly... You don't know if your gaining weight? Nobody can tell you what your diet will do for you, but I'm pretty sure you won't gain crap on 2000 kcals.

    And macro % is bullocks

Your maintenance if moderately active would be 2744 cals/day. To gain weight, add 500 cals/day gradually to get up to 3244 cals/day. Since you are eating way too little now, don't jump to 3244 all at once, but instead do it gradually by adding 100-200 cals per day. Weigh yourself weekly along with body fat measurement. Adjust as necessary.
