Seing the title, most will probably know its referring to Vince Gironda's Pre-Contest Diet.
I feel there has been a lack of positive progress in the Low Carb/Keto area of these boards. I will post pictures and updates on my progress. I am experienced on these diets, and will demonstrate the potential it has. These are the Principles :
Breakfast : Eggs(No Limits)
Meat(No Limits)
Lunch and Dinner same as breakfast.
Here is my Diet Day 1 (body pictures will be added tonight) and rest of days diet + training as I go along
Day One 08/17 Starting Weight
Breakfast: 2 Large Eggs(13g Protein) + 2 large sausages(30g Protein)
Supplements : GNC Sport Vitapark + 1 Kelp tablet
1 hour prior to workout : 10 Universal Beef liver Tablets.
Training
Pull Up for warm ups
Pec -> Incline Dumbell Press 65 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Back -> "Sitting down Pulley pull" (not sure of the real name) 120 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Shoulder -> Lateral Raise 20 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Biceps -> Barbell Curl 55 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Triceps -> Pulldowns with cord 120lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Abs -> On pulley 110 lbs 2x30
Total workout takes 15-20 minutes.
After Workout : 10 Universeal Beef liver Tablets
Lunch : .6 lbs Ground Sirloin + .25 lbs Bacon
Supplements : 1 Kelp Tablet
Diner : .6 lbs Ground Sirloing + 2 sausages
Supplements : 1 Kelpt Tablet

Yes extremely boring. I don't refer this diet as Keto. But I'd rather post in Keto Log..because "mainstream" is against this. Once I have before after pictures I will post in "normal" forum to show people the results. This eating is for a 4 week period (maybe less), since I have very little fat to loose at the moment.
I'm not preparing for a show, but the beach. I use this type of diet temporarily to reach a set goal with a set date. I find it to be the best and easiet way to add/maintain muscle and loose all potential body fat.
So the goal actually, is just to demonstrate the "potential" low carbs have.
