    JD's Maximum Definition Diet

Seing the title, most will probably know its referring to Vince Gironda's Pre-Contest Diet.

I feel there has been a lack of positive progress in the Low Carb/Keto area of these boards. I will post pictures and updates on my progress. I am experienced on these diets, and will demonstrate the potential it has. These are the Principles :

    Breakfast : Eggs(No Limits)
    Meat(No Limits)

Lunch and Dinner same as breakfast.

Here is my Diet Day 1 (body pictures will be added tonight) and rest of days diet + training as I go along

    Day One 08/17 Starting Weight

    Breakfast: 2 Large Eggs(13g Protein) + 2 large sausages(30g Protein)
Supplements : GNC Sport Vitapark + 1 Kelp tablet

1 hour prior to workout : 10 Universal Beef liver Tablets.

    Training

    Pull Up for warm ups
Pec -> Incline Dumbell Press 65 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Back -> "Sitting down Pulley pull" (not sure of the real name) 120 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Shoulder -> Lateral Raise 20 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Biceps -> Barbell Curl 55 lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
Triceps -> Pulldowns with cord 120lbs 4x6 15 sec rest
    Abs -> On pulley 110 lbs 2x30

    Total workout takes 15-20 minutes.

After Workout : 10 Universeal Beef liver Tablets

Lunch : .6 lbs Ground Sirloin + .25 lbs Bacon
    Supplements : 1 Kelp Tablet

    Diner : .6 lbs Ground Sirloing + 2 sausages
    Supplements : 1 Kelpt Tablet

Don't you think that will get boring eating that way?

Also keto is not a pre-contest diet. There are a few reasons why people do keto besides pre-constest and most here are not preparing for a show.

Yes extremely boring. I don't refer this diet as Keto. But I'd rather post in Keto Log..because "mainstream" is against this. Once I have before after pictures I will post in "normal" forum to show people the results. This eating is for a 4 week period (maybe less), since I have very little fat to loose at the moment.

I'm not preparing for a show, but the beach. I use this type of diet temporarily to reach a set goal with a set date. I find it to be the best and easiet way to add/maintain muscle and loose all potential body fat.

So the goal actually, is just to demonstrate the "potential" low carbs have.

its a high protien/low carb diet. Those diets are popular to. Won't work in keto because sense protein produces glucose 58% of the time it won't work for keto. It will knock you out of ketosis if you eat well above your Lean Body Mass.

but your message is the same. Low carbs.
