    Talking Keto Diet Please Help

    What is the keto diet?


    From what i have read, it is low carb, high protein high fat....


    My questions: can you have fiber?

    Can you have saturated Fats?

    How much of what fats can you have?


    Pretend you were 5 foot 10 inches, 6 percent body fat 148 pounds, all raw muscle.


    I feel eating all this fat would be fat?

    And this diet is meant only for short term right? So why do it?


    Sorry i know i am a noob, please educate me
    I used to Eat like a Bird and Train like a Pussy... Now.... All i do is Eat, and I push my body to its limits, Again...and Again... and... Again...Cuz i CAN!

    What are your goals to begin with? Are you trying to gain mass since you're 148 lbs and low body fat or are you trying to cut more fat ? Just wondering.

    Agreed if your 148lbs and 6% why would u wanna do this??? I think you should clean bulk if anything.

    i have yet to decide what i want to do. but as of now,m i am just doing some research into things... like this keto i am just curious, could you give me some basic knowledge of tips, i am not saying that i am going to do it, but i am interested in this subject matter as it pertains to fitness health, dieting and lifting and etc.. you catch my drift.
