    Carb up Questions

    Damn today is supposed to be my carb up... long awaited. I am not sure how many cal. i AM supposed tobe eating. I eat 2300 now , does that mean I have to eat 4600ca? Can I eat basically anything I want but stay with the macro ranges. I think someone told me 70% carbs when carbing yp? Please help. Time is wastig lol!
