I can't explain what happened here. I hit 225 X 10 last week, and my overall PR had been X14 for about 6 months. The weight felt incredibly light. It felt like the first set I did which was 135 X 12. Insane placebo

These didn't go the greatest. I feel super weak on most shoulder exercises. I also always hit the little hooks that the bar is supposed to rest on, which kills the lift.

Great workout, but I'd like to say something real quick...
I go to the weight room to lift weights. I don't go to be social. I don't text or call people in the gym ever. I don't wear khakis and a V-neck t-shirt. I'm their to get as big and strong as possible. I can't stand the ****ing newbs in the gym who screw around the whole time. They take my machines, they distract me, they don't deserve to be in the same weight room as those who actually work. End rant.

Last Lifting Day: Best leg day in over a month!
For one reason or another, my knee seemed to be almost pain-free, even during this GREAT leg day. Went to a less crowded gym on campus and hit some high numbers.
