    stretch marks

Hi, have anyone succeed in losing strech marks? I saw some sites that claim to have products to remove stretch marks, but I think they are scams.

So does anyone knows a way to lose stretch marks that really works?

    Thanks.

You can't lose stretch marks-they are scarring where your skin has stretched. You can use products to help them fade.

I bought some vitamin E oil. It helped some, but time is the best thing for stretch marks.

Stretch marks will fade over time from a purplish red color to a silvery white, but once you've got them they're yours forever, cream or no cream.

Bio Oil isn't a miracle oil, but we sell it at work and it's rather affordable, like 12 dollars, and a lot of people say it worked really well fading them.

You're never getting rid of them, I personally ignore mine being I have no desire to get myself in a 2 piece swimsuit (srs), belly shirts aren't my thing, and they aren't dark so why worry, they do fade over time.

I've learned stretch marks really are just a mental barrier for most people, if anything if someone sees yours stretch marks, and sees how far you've come they'd be impressed, imo.

Even skinny people get them though if a body part has a growth spurt, a friend of mine has them around her chest and underarms from a maturity spurt to the point she's embarrassed to wear tank tops
You get back what you put in.

Unfortunately NO, there is no miracle cream/lotion,ect. that will take them away, they are there to stay. I worked at a cosmetic surgeons office for almost 2 years and many woman would go in for a consult in regards to stretch marks and he sadly had to break the bad news. The only way you'll get rid of them is by cutting em' off, like lets say they were on your tummy and you got a tummy tuck, if they are low enough, or where that extra skin would get cut off, then hooray, that'd be the only way to get them off. I know i have some ugly ones on my arms, its a shame i cant do a darn thing about em, grrr.

nah nothing works. Just let them fade and go tanning to hide it some. I think it may be possible to prevent them by using cocoa butter. not sure about that though. I have a ton of stretch marks on my lower back and butt. I look like a zebra down there...

I've heard that creams work better if you use them during the stretching but most people don't plan on getting stretch marks (except for people wanting to get pregnant).
Judging from the covers of countless women's magazines, the two topics most interesting to women are: (1) Why men are all disgusting pigs, and (2) How to attract men.

Lol what is half of this thread saying. Torn tissue eventually repairs its self. Depending on the severity of the stretch marks you will lose them with time. Mine are almost gone and ive only been cutting for 6 months now.

Maderma helps if you constantly use it. It won't necessarily take away your stretch marks but it will lighthen them. My friend also suggested a good tan as well.
