Finally Review
Finished up blue gene yesterday, and weighted in at 196, so a total gain of 3 pounds in a month, bodyfat seems to be able the same, maybe even a little bit less. Overall i really enjoyed the product, it gave me an extra boost during my workout, seemed to help with joint and ligament support, also had an increase focus. My libido was increased slightly during the 3rd week but went back down during the final week. I would use this product again. Feel free to PM with any questions or just post them up on this thread and ill answer them honestly.

I'm going to keep eating 4k cals a day, gain as much weight as possible between now and march and maybe cut after 2.5 years of bulking. I'm hoping to be 205 by march around the same bodyfat 12%ish probably less.Originally Posted by 5Six
