Aftermath - Not so much energy today, pretty tired, didn't sleep too well last night. Still decent workout, wasn't able to increase weight on anything, but next workout I will increase on everything. I'm going to possibly change out my last exercise for triceps with something else to hit the outer head more. Blue Gene has seemed to re-leave my shoulder pain, and my joints feel alot better during and after my workout. Legs tomorrow, then possibly on friday shoulders.

Aftermath - Again gym way to crowded to deadlift. This was probably my best back day by far, I focused on heavy weight but not so heavy I wasn't able to really hold the contraction on each rep. Huge pump and lots of energy, can't wait for chest tomorrow. Also, I have noticed that my body is getting used to downing so much water with the pills and I am not longer becoming bloated and feeling unconformable prior to my workout. 5 days left, will end on sunday, where I'll finish off the week with legs on sunday.
