Blue Gene has seemed to re-leave my shoulder pain, and my joints feel alot better during and after my workout. Legs tomorrow, then possibly on friday shoulders.

    an update i left out, was my arms up are up 15.5 cold. So i've added about 1/4 inch to both my arms. Hopefully another .25 in 6 weeks.

    Aftermath - Again gym way to crowded to deadlift. This was probably my best back day by far, I focused on heavy weight but not so heavy I wasn't able to really hold the contraction on each rep. Huge pump and lots of energy, can't wait for chest tomorrow. Also, I have noticed that my body is getting used to downing so much water with the pills and I am not longer becoming bloated and feeling unconformable prior to my workout. 5 days left, will end on sunday, where I'll finish off the week with legs on sunday.

    Aftermath - Overall good workout, I hurt my shoulder benching (I used to have shoulder problems when i started lifting it went away, and I think I just went too heavy too fast so anything over 225 hurt) Effected my other lifts a little bit but overall a good workout, huge pump with finishing with incline machine.
