Aftermath - Took my first serving (5 pills) of Blue Gene 45 minutes prior to workout, I noticed on my drive to the gym my focus increased 10 fold. My energy was normal, I didn't really expect this to change much, but I did cut back on CL White Flood, from 2 scoops to 1 scoop, so I'm thinking the extra energy was from the Blue Gene, or maybe I was just excited to see what this product is all about. The pills are normal size for most supplements, easy to swallow (thats what she said). I was able to swallow all 5 in the same glup. My pump was normal and I didn't increase the weight on my lifts anymore the normal. Any questions just ask.

Aftermath - Great workout. Got a new PR of 405 for 3 reps on deadlift (before it was just 1 rep), I may have been able to do 5 but I lost my form and loosened my abs on the 3rd rep and didnt want to possibly hurt myself. From an energy stand point it seemed like I didn't have much after doing deadlifts, but was still able to get through my workout and increase the weight or reps for each lift but Front Pull Overs. So I still had energy even while I was completely exhausted which was awesome. It's still too early to make any detailed judgements, but overall I do have more energy through my workout even though I don't feel energized (if that makes any sense).

Aftermath - Worst workout in months. I had good focus and energy going into the gym then started to bench and after my first set of bench just died. My chest was sore from back day (probably from supporting my deadlift and lat pull downs, which has never happened before) Pretty much just wiped out my CNS that day before. I didn't do the normal exercises, I just rushed to get some sort of a workout done, lasted about 20-25 minutes. Pretty mad and disappointed. Tomorrow is another off day then I have arms on wednesday, followed by legs (not sure if i will be able to them because ill be moving into my new apartment for school so we will see, if I dont have time to do them ill just skip back and replace it with legs, so I can hit chest hard next week).

Aftermath - High amount of energy today, and great focus. I noticed that my shoulder's didn't bother me at all this workout (they usually do on db overhead press). I think Blue Gene gave me some joint relief which was great. We will see over the next couple arm days if it says consistent. Lastly, I think it would be great if blue gene would be in powder form as well as tablet, I notice that personally I am bloated and feel pressure when I have to take pills before a work even though it is an hour before, but thats just me. Off day tomorrow, and I am going to combine legs and shoulders on Friday, going to do clean squat and press. Looking forward to it.

Aftermath - Good workout, my strength was lacking because I've been moving into my new apartment for school, haven't been able to eat properly, lots of eating out and not eating enough, but have been taking BG (blue gene). My shoulders have been feeling less stress on the rotator cuff. I can't wait to get my workout back to normal, I am skipping legs and probably back this week and my next workout will be chest on Monday if my shoulders feel rested enough, if not I'll just do back or legs.
