he does, pete here is the reason i started to compete in the first place.....that and i was fat ass. But pete is probably one of the leanest natural guys his age you'll see in the midwest at least
Day 1
training
12 intervals of HIIT with a 5min warmup and 10min cooldown
30min of ab work
diet
meal1
egg whites
whey
shredded wheat
post workout
whey
dex
meal2
chicken
brown rice
carrots
meal3
chicken
brown rice
meal4
turkey burger
wheat roll
almonds
meal5
cottage cheese
whole eggs
meal6
myotein
Thoughts: well first impressions are everything and i do have to say the energy is clean and seemless for the most part. Nothing like a wall hitting you then falling off of that wall. Sweatin pretty hard during HIIT and was pretty focused. The app.suppression is decent althought I havent use a product that really did that since the original Stim-X came out. I stomach wanted to eat but my brain didnt think so if that makes any sense. But after i would eat i felt fuller longer. The big thing for me is not destroying everything in sight food wise when i get home from work.
PS. First time in years trying to eat CC, not a fan still
Didnt take weight today cuz i completely forgot

Lol I don't know about that. I just know that since I'm 5'8.5" and competed at 162-163lbs in 2008 (probably somewhere in that ball park in 2010 as well) I'm not the biggest guy in the world, so I have to stay symmetrical, get as lean as humanly possible, and out pose everyone.
Anyways, back to your log. Nice pics. You are way way way leaner than last offseason. You should look pretty good on stage this time around. Back is looking wide as usual.

You make me jealous with the DB press (shoulder is jacked, and I have to stay light for a few months). Looks like we are similar bf%...not that that means anything, just saying. Good luck, I am really interested to see what you think about cyto, especially in the coming weeks as the effects build.
God bless/science be with our military
