Did you check www.lactiumusa.com? They have a few studies on there. Other than that, I honestly haven't checked. I could probably dig some more up for you tomorrow if need be. I'm heading to bed now, though, since it's 2:08 a.m. !

yeah AR10s are sweet, but a lot more expensive than AR15s...even to build. A lower for an AR10 is like twice as much as an AR15. Building is a lot cheaper than buying pre built. Even if you did a piston driven AR15 it would be about $800 less to build it yourself.

Don't worry about the 5lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. That is normally what happens. Last contest prep while working with Layne I went from 190lbs end of offseason to 183lbs in I think 2 weeks. This mini-cut I went from 193lbs to 185lbs in 2 weeks. It is just the fact you are holding less water I'm guessing. Then again I do have a furnace of a metabolism and have dropped 12-13lbs in 7 weeks without my cals going below 2800.....

Anyways long story short, if you are still losing 2+ lbs a week after the 1st 2 weeks then add food back in.

Only in intensity, not weight lifted. I've only got 2 or so more weeks of this cut and then it is on.

Thoughts: well wed. and thursday really sucked. Basicly mower exploded and was attacked by yellowjackets at one job then went to my other job and was there really late. I'm ballz deep into my 18 days in-a-row streak and wheni complete that it will mean i've had one actual day off from my job in 25days...i'm going to cash my OT check and swim in it.

Otherwise alot of cardio (lawn cutting) and crammed my upperhyper days the past two days and tomorrow will hopefully be leg day and then upper power again on monday. engery is pretty decent tho but it doesnt hit you like a wall. Basicly in car terms its like a very larger turbo on high boost. It will lag for awhile after you hit the gas but it kicks in hard. App. suppressent is light for me as i could eat my way through a fridge after about 6hrs from my dose but i have ways of handling that.

Thoughts: couldnt workout sunday since i was at work for 9hrs...the gym is only open during my shift but my legs where already sore anyways then i went home and did some hit. Suffereing from some tendon pain so i had to take it alittle easier on curls and skulls but some increases on some lifts somehow. Also down alittle over a pound from last week.

Today was hyper arms and my last night of my 25 days of work madness. Time for 2 days off of movine furniture.

Thoughts: Been really busy the past few days. Finished up work and finished up on last car before packing today and i'll head back to school tomorrow. My gym on Tuesday finally got all new machines...everything. Tuesday i had to switch to a hyper day because only have the stuff was built and the other half of that half had zip ties to lock the weight changers on the machines for whatever reason. So i've been getting used to the feel of everything new and the new leg press ( weight is loaded at the bottom of the machine and you put your feet on the top so the movement is alittle different) i really pushed myself on that machine but almost dislocated my knee trying to do it but i was lucky. I'm also weighing in at about 185lbs and i'm noticing some new viens and cuts in my shoulders. Funny thing is i havent had time to do cardio lately but with my job i'm still droping the weight. However my last week i'll have some major cardio time. I'm not trying to be lazy but some days lately i only have about an hour to commit to workint out but i'm still losing weight at a safe rate. I'm almost down 10lbs !!!

Thoughts: great workout and incline press kinda suprised me since it was the first time i've used a freeweight bench bar since may. also did 30min of cardio and sweated my ass off. The school gym went from alright to just a three ring bro circus sideshow so i'm trying to convince my normal training parter to train with me at a gym downtown.

Sorry about that, the guy I was talking to on my way out of the gym is a PT teacher (doesn't look the part at the least nor does his lifting or form fit the part) at UWL who was asking me about grad school and my ph d apps. When will you be lifting next? I have cardio tomorrow and back/traps Friday.

well i'm either lifting chest/back tomorrow or friday depending on my DOMs since my lifting times have been alittle screwy since i moved back. But my buddy liked it as well so we are working on the school to refund us our memberships considering we set it up yesterday and the gyms are open free for the next week anyways.

Thoughts: i'm all sorts of sore today. I worked out at the GYM in downtown La Crosse and it was much better and def just a differe experience as always compared to working out at school. The Hack squat machine is new to me so that took some feeling out and for whatever reason i was feeling really light headed when squating so i had to be carefull and pulled some weight off. Today is just cardio and then tomorrow will be my last day of cytolean so this weekend will be a weight in and some pics

The reason the hack squat was hard is because it is the heaviest, most difficult hack squat ever. Seriously the thing feels way heavier than other hacks.

    Final Review!

Again I would like to thank the guys at Gaspari for allowing me to log this product

    start weight: 195-194lbs
    end weight: 185lbs

Overall I feel this was one of the best fat-loss products i have ever used. Even tho i haven?t used many but its up there that?s for sure.

Overall energy was very good, and never felt much of it being overbearing on my brain like some stuff out there. I can get alittle spazy and feel really wound up on some things. The energy lasted for quite some time and never really crashed. Also i have to say i was in a pretty good mood while using it as well. I'm a very chill guy in the first place but some days at work it can push your buttons.

Overall appetite suppression felt alright. I could eat but i noticed after my portioned meal that was it....i was full. Although i would be hungry once 10pm came around, granted i know the effect probably won?t last over 12hrs.

One thing i do have to say tho is my strength. It never really dropped and even improved in some areas. I felt the same way when using LX 2.0 so I feel I respond pretty well to cortisol controlling products.

Overall i'm very happy with the product. Granted its nothing super crazy of course but for the money i feel it cant be beat. Name a product that for $30 you get an app. suppressing, energy, cort. Controller that gives you a full month supply? You really can?t; also the dosing is very fool proof. Just 3 caps in the morning, that?s it. Of course you can split that i'm sure but its all the energy you'll need for your morning/early afternoon workout. Here are some pics
