    elbow support sleeves

    Hi All,

I have been using elbow support sleeves in the last three days, and it helps alot. It seems I will be using every time I bench or overhead press. Was wondering will it eventually make my elbows/tendons alot weaker? Is there such a thing as overuse?

    THanks,

    You'll be fine.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    THanks,
No chance if overuse. They work like knee sleeves; keep warmth in the joint and prevent incorrect movement patterns.

    kind regards,

they help keep your joint stable, something your muscles are there to do...but because its such a miniscule scale it wont be noticeable. take it off once in a while and see how your feeling without them.
