Well i started a keto diet Suinday and figured so i can track my progress. My goal is to drop bodyfat to about 12 % hopefully while keeping as much muscle.
I will be using Creatine and Whey Protein.
I will try and post pictures tonight.
My diet is as follows:
Breakfast:
2 Large Eggs
2 Egg White
2 Slices of Bacon
Snack1:
2 Babybel
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Lunch:
Canned Tuna
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Snack2:
Caesar Salad
Dinner:
150 Grams of Hamburger or Chicken Breast or 2 Turkey Sausages
1 Cup Broccoli with 2 tsp of Margarine
Post-Workout:
1 Scoop Whey
Macros:
2054 Calories
146.3g of fat (63%)
156.3g of protein (32%)
30.0g of carbs (5%)
Carb up will be every 14 days friday night and all saturday then back to keto diet sunday.
Workout will be:
Monday - Full Body
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Full Body
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Full Body
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Cardio
