God I wish
INJURIES SUFFERED OVER 13+ YEARS IN THIS "FAKE" SPORT
*************************************************
* Torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament in both knees, both requiring reconstructive surgery
* Compressed C1 & C7 Vertebrae in my neck, which still cause headaches and require ongoing massage therapy and chiopractic treatment
* Bruised ribs
* lower back strain
* bone chips in both elbows
* multiple sprained ankles and wrists, jammed fingers & toes
* Ruptured Bursae sack and strained tendons in right elbow requiring physio(I'll know more after the Ultrasound)
Turned out to be a partial tear in the tricep tendon requiring possible surgical re-attachment
* Rotator cuff damage
* Dislocated Jaw
* Slight hamstring tear
I trained Karate, Jujitsu, Judo and several different martial arts for 10 years prior to breaking into pro wrestling. I've kickboxed and fought full contact and I can honestly say I have suffered MORE injuries in the "fake" world of pro wrestling than in all my years of fighting/training martial arts"There's only one thing worse than being talked about, and that's not being talked about". -- Oscar Wilde

sorry i didnt clarify. I know people get hurt, its high contact. what i meant was that no one gets hurt in the short-term, from like punches or chairs to the head and ladders and stuff like that. that is all fake and that is why it is considered fake.
I respect the wrestlers, amazing actors/performers/athletes/bodybuilders, prolly one of the most skilled and toughest jobs i can think of, im just saying that the sport in general is an act, its fake, for entertainment only.

Call it a work but predetermined finish =/= fake. Fake doesn't hurt.
And I didn't list all the times I've seen stars from a chair shot or had my lip split from a punch because frankly I've lost count how many times its happened.
I couldn't chew for a week from a superkick to the jaw and I had my tooth put through my lip by a clothesline but I don't count those as injuries cause we just tough it out and keep going."There's only one thing worse than being talked about, and that's not being talked about". -- Oscar Wilde
