How do you do your incline dumbell presses?

I'm curious how you all do your incline dumbell presses. Do you keep your arms in one position or do you twist the dumbells when you raise them. I've been doing them with my palms facing inwards at the bottom and then twisting the weights so that my thumbs are facing each other at the top of the rep.

    Thanks,
    Pete

I keep them in the same position at heavier weights and might twist them during my burn reps.

i keep my hands at a 45 degree angle the entire time..

spending them time rotating them in and touching is a waste of precious energy that could ultimately give you 1 more rep.

Keep them angled. Easier on my shoulder and more friendly on my injured forearm.
