your going to want to consult a doctor on this matter, its nice that people here try to help, the ones that actually do, but on somthing like this a doctor is needed. GL with it.
Edit: i wouldnt look to any test boosting products on the market to fix this, if thats what you had in mind, the doctor could give you something great if he sees the need.

I went to the doctor today and he is recommending that i wait two months and get my levels tested again. the results of the second test came back as follows:
TOTAL TESTOSTERONE= 298 ng/dl
HCG QUANT= <1 mIU/ML
LDH=138 U/L
FSH= 2.6 mIU/ML
LEUTINIZING HORMONE= 2.2 mIU/ML
PROLACTIN= 13.31 NG/ML
It's just frustrating knowing now that i do have low testosterone and i have to wait two months to see if its going to change, i just want it fixed and dont know if HRT would be a good choice, i talked to the doctor about it but i dont really know everything about it still. it makes me feel like all the work i do in the gym is all for nothing and im not going to see that good results as i can have,pisses me off. Does anyone know if HRT is a good idea or what your experiences where on it.(DONE) --Driven Sports NO-BETA LOG-- (DONE)

You're going to have to now. If your doctor won't put you on HRT of some kind, he's not a good doctor. Serious. You're screwing yourself over by not having test in the normal limits.
And someone said ZMA as something to use, and someone criticized that. If you are deficient in zinc and/or magnesium, your test levels can drop as much as 20% lower than where they should be. The blood test may actually have your zinc and magnesium levels on it, and if it doesn't, ask for it next time. If you're deficient there, ZMA is a cheap supplement that would make a big difference for you.@24HrTrainerNOLA

i actually was pretty fat like 4 years ago check my bodyspace. but the only thing that i have a question about is if i can compete in natural bodybulding shows if im on HRT, i mean i think i should be able to if my testosterone is off the charts but in normal range. i still would feel like a d*** though. I made the decision i wanted to compete and then this crap comes up.

For the 2 kid's in here with low test.
Anything under 280 for a teen is unusually low, especially for a teen who exercises regularly and has some what of a solid diet plan. You both need to see Endo's asap. A normal doctor won't be able to diagnose the problem unless he/she has experience in this.
And seeing as how both of you are from Michigan (and I am too) the Doctor that fixed my "Low Test" issues is Dr. Lichten. I'd highly suggest checking that name out because the other 4 doctors I went to see were more or less useless.
O and by the way I forgot to put this in there.
This **** your reading about eat more red meat, sleep more, blah blah. Yea **** that. I wasted a year doing that and had serious (I mean serious) problems. Some times you have conditions that only doctors can take care of. You wouldn't eat more red peppers if that could make your cancer go away would you?Last edited by 24th; 08-14-2009 at 09:35 PM.
