Yes, thank you. Robboe, it started in my ankle and spread all the way to my toes. This started on July 11th and did not clear up til July 23rd. I was pain free around the 26th.

However, I did forget to try out some lightweight (135-185lb) deadlifts yesterday.

I mix the 2 together. I have had at least 8containers of BO. I know how great it tastes, when it gets all clumpy and solid, I dont complain nor break it up. I just pick up the pieces and eat it. Tastes great!!

I know the Clout flavor was slightly improved upon, but I should try it alone tomorrow to see.

clout tastes ALOT better I actually like it its like a lightly carbonated cherry kinda medical cherry taste but good IMO

Incline BB Press are the devil. They work but they make you feel like a bitc* cause 135lbs is fuc*ing heavy in incline vs. flat.

you could always do a superset on DB press, Superset Incline DB Press w Flat DB press. It is gravy

Hmm nice. Yea as far as strength goes it was decline, bench and then incline. Now I never do bench.

I do bench only when I have a spotter. Lately I have been working more on form than heavy benching. DB's some reason always feel like they work much better than bench.
