Okay i need some help.
My chest i starting to fall behind, not that it was ever ahead i have always had a weak chest. Anyways its been 3 months and i have not improved my bench press. Im at 185lbs a couple times.
i switched my chest workout, and im taking weight gainer to gain more mass....what else should i do?
its getting extremely frustrating when my buddies chests are continuing to improve and they have gone on to 195lbs,205lbs,215lbs etc. and im stuck at 185lbs....

ya try some new ****. try some dumbbells you can hit more parts of your chest because u have more motion and u can try a bunch of diff type presses

I found a great solution, you should do like 1 heavy week with all lifts, then next week go light, next week probly max out or do negatives then next week do 1 bench pyramid which consists of 120 reps.. i got great results off of it doing it twice, my max was like 285 maybe 290 and yesturday i did 275 twice almost 3 times for the first time... it goes like 15,14,13,12,11.....3,2,1 its alot of reps but it builds alot of endurance and trust me start light, i start at 115 and finish it so next time ill rpobly do 125 lol
