Well my situation is weird i got a couple of questions.
First how much cardio a week is 4-5 days of 1 hour low intensity good ? or should i push for more days. I ask this because of the nature of my work. i sit down for 8 hours pretty much i work at nighttime and i work 2 jobs so i work alot 2nd job i stand and move alot.
First off this is my diet what i got from reading.
2:30pm wake up-
25g Protien Shake / 1 Banana
Gym for 1 hour
4:30pm
5 whole (o-3 eggs )
Cheese
and a Italian Suasage Link
7:30pm
50g Protien Shake 1TBSPN of PB
10:30pm
Grilled Chicken / 20 Almonds
1:30am
50g Protien Shake 1TBSPN of PB
4:30
Grilled Fish /w Cesar Salad
6:30
Casein Shake ( just before Bed )
Any Tips would be great. My diet will look like this for 2 weeks until the 15th day i will have my carb up day.
