Ah, I was thinking that... wouldn't that interfere with possible feedback, using two new products at the same time? How would you know which was doing the work and providing most of the benefits?
Anyways, not to sound negative, but you do really good logs and are def. dedicated to providing feedback. Keep up the good work.

They are two totally differnt products, and both products have nothing to do with each other.
Bioforge i am assessing strength gains and Test results (through blood work and work ethic)
Purple InTrain I am assessing recovery through my workouts, an EAA supplement would not bring gains, if anything it brings recovery and assistance to breeze through workouts which it is.
My bloodwork is showing BioForge is not living up to its name, but the results strength wise are.
Thank you for your words -- for someone who is very knowledgeable, and very popular on these boards I apprecaite the comments.Last edited by LayzieBone085; 09-07-2009 at 12:48 PM.

Final Review
Recovery
There were hints of this along my run with BioForge. I could tell between sets and workouts my body was primed and ready to go again, i felt like rest times could be cut short and It was shown when i did rest 20-30 seconds between some sets and still managed to hit Personal Records!
Strength Gains
Incline Bench 185 x 7 ---> 205 x 7 (+20lbs)
Squat 225 x 9 ---> 255 x 9 (+30lbs)
Hack Squat 3 Plates +25 x 5 ---> 4 Plates x 8 (+3 Reps/25lbs)
One Leg Leg Press 2 Plates + 25 x 6 ---> 3 Plates x 6 (+20lbs)
Leg Extension 190 x 10 --> 210 x 10 (+20lbs)
Lying Leg Curl 110 x 10 ---> 140 x 10 (+30lbs)
DB Shoulder Press 65's x 10 ---> 75's x 10 (+10lbs) hit 80's x 6
Cable Laterals 35 x 8 ---> 50 x 8 (+15lbs)
Decline Close Grip Bench 205 x 8 ---> 225 x 10 (+2 Reps +20lbs)
Skullcrushers 110 x 8 --> 125 x 8 (+15lbs)
Hammer Chins BW+10 x 5 ---> BW+25 x 5 (+15lbs)
Wide Grip Pulldowns 120 x 8 ---> 160 x 10 (+2 reps, +40lbs)
Low Cable Rows 120 x 10 ---> 160 x 10 (+40lbs)
Cable Pressdowns 175 x 10 ---> 190 x 10 (+15lbs)
Barbell Row ---> 185 x 6 --> 225 x 8 (+40lbs)
Body Composition
I have added size and strength which is evident through the numbers and mirror, but I sure did not get leaner. I gained around 8lbs during my run in 6 weeks, and as shown I gain fat very easy. The push of calories HUGE wanted by adding 300 more would of done more damage and left my body a mess of what it already is. I did not get leaner as many did on this run, but I did see some positive changes in a stronger/thicker back.
Weight at the Start: 160
Weight at the End: 168
Change: +8lbs in 8 weeks.
Increased Libido
No change in libido at all, I expected this with low test levels and a shot libido in the first place. Nothing to report here.
Dosage
2/2 Dosage was the primary dosage for this whole log. Almost everyday was 2 caps pre-workout and 2 caps 6-8 hours later in the day.
Deep Sleep / Other Side Effects
Nothing out of the ordinary was recorded during my run on bioforge.
Bloodwork
Start:
Total Test 227L --- Range 241-827 NG/DL
T4, Free .79L --- Range .80/1.80 NG/DL
First Bottle:
Total Test 218L --- Range 241-827 NG/DL
T4, Free .87L -- Range .80/1.80 NG/DL
Second Bottle:
Total Test 220L --- Range 241-827 NG/DL
T4, Free .85L --- Range .80/1.80 NG/DL
*It amazes me how a test booster had no impact at all and LOWERED my total test levels.
