At your weight 3 cps/day would be plenty. 1 cps 3 times a day, 20-30' before breakfast, lunch and dinner on empty stomach

Good luck Lazy, I used Bioforge for 6 weeks early this year with excellent results and just placed an order a few minutes ago for two more bottles.

Correct, and always 20-30' before meals.

Any clue for your liver values? Have you been drinking on vacation?

At your weight 3 cps/day would be plenty. 1 cps 3 times a day, 20-30' before breakfast, lunch and dinner on empty stomach

do you really think the liver enzyme numbers are so outside the range to be concerned. They seem to me to be mildy outside the range. They are far from anything that is high. Strenuous exercise also increases AST. Even though my AST was around the same amount above the higher range limit as Layzie's AST, my doctor said my results were normal.

In addition the testosterone result Layzie had is very close to the normal range. It is probably far from anything that would be considered significant.

You got one heck of a stack with InTrain, Bioforge, and Glycobol.

Yeah, strenuous exercise could increase liver values, but he got bloods after a fair break...

Many people are in the lowest range for testosterone and still look and perform fine.

Mood -- its off an on, a lot of family problems going on right now, and I am trying to mask it and not let it outbreak on the forums. Work is very hectic.. been working 15 hour days a couple times a week, and a lot of the people there make me really irritated by their decisions and what they get away with.

The only time I have a smile on my face is if I am serving guests, or in the gym doing my thing.

Energy - Off and On, trying to a new dieiting method, its working well, but it causes crashes at the end of the day a lil. Just being on my feet all day, and walking aroud 20,000 steps a day will get you.

Here is an outlook of my bodybugg from today. This is what working all day causes.. look at the activity chart lol
