Overall
-- Read the strength increases from above. First time back squatting in a long time, and I have never even dreamed of hitting those numbers after tearing my MCL a few years ago.
I am eager to see how high I can take them at the end of this log. I am REALLY happy, considering I had a charlie horse in my right thigh the entire session.
Bodybugg has me tracked at almost needing 4k calories to maintain on a workout only day, I will upload the data tomorrow morning, may have to increase cals a lot.

\\
do you really think the liver enzyme numbers are so outside the range to be concerned. They seem to me to be mildy outside the range. They are far from anything that is high. Strenuous exercise also increases AST. Even though my AST was around the same amount above the higher range limit as Layzie's AST, my doctor said my results were normal.
In addition the testosterone result Layzie had is very close to the normal range. It is probably far from anything that would be considered significant.

Mood -- its off an on, a lot of family problems going on right now, and I am trying to mask it and not let it outbreak on the forums. Work is very hectic.. been working 15 hour days a couple times a week, and a lot of the people there make me really irritated by their decisions and what they get away with.
The only time I have a smile on my face is if I am serving guests, or in the gym doing my thing.
Energy - Off and On, trying to a new dieiting method, its working well, but it causes crashes at the end of the day a lil. Just being on my feet all day, and walking aroud 20,000 steps a day will get you.
Here is an outlook of my bodybugg from today. This is what working all day causes.. look at the activity chart lol
