    Baked Cottage cheese

My main source of protein is fat free cottage cheese. But it is tasteless. i thought to add little flour, egg and bake it. Also little sugar or honey bee. Bake without oil

what do you think, will it be rich of fat or not?

Without oil it doesn't sound like it will be too rich in fat. I mean the only bits of fat come from cottage cheese and then just a small amount from the egg yolk. Then again you said fat free cottage cheese, so I don't even know why you are worried about the fat content.

I do have this to say, it sounds delicious! You gotta put up some pics when you are done. Maybe mix some salsa or tomatos in for taste, because I don't think flour and an egg will add to the "bland" cottage cheese taste just because you have baked it.

I made this a while back, but it was abundant w/ flavor. Of course there was a little fat from the eggs and other cheeses, but the CC was FF. I think I used mozz, CC, Parm, and maybe Swiss, but can't remember all that I did.

4 Cheese Spinach & Mushroom Frittata

    A good ratio would be:

    4 eggs
    1C CC
1C hard or soft cheese (Parm, mozz, etc)
1 pkg spinach squeezed of excess liquid
    1C shrooms
    pinch of salt and pepper

This is not what you asked, but with regard to CC in general, which i agree can be hard to get down sometimes...

    add this:

Not being a fan of either flaxseed oil or CC, this product rocks for me. Makes CC taste almost dessert like. Good in plain yogurt too.
    It's time for a Breakthrough.
