I got really drunk on saturday, i rarely every drink but it was my friends birthday.. When i went to the gym on monday i was really weak and was exhausted i even lost some muscle mass, now its thursday i still feel weak and exhausted but not as much as monday.. Has anyone experienced this and do you think i would get my regular strength back??

Usually after i drink alot...Im shredded in the morning, take some superpump250 or something
