After these sets were done the shoulder discomfort went away. My dad does the BFL workout. So, my rest in between sets was not as usual but decreased. The IntRain really helped me push the envelope. BTW, he is looking into the IntRain and is prob. going to pick-up a tub.

Hit rotator cuffs and cardio this am.

Cardio was 15 minutes on the rotating staircase of death aka stair stepper and followed by 5 min. on treadmill to loosen the wheels up. Finished off with 8 minutes in the dry sauna.
Today was a less than stellar day. Poor sleep last pm followed by lethargy in gym and poor diet yesterday really dragged my energy down. Woke up this am feeling really really bloated. Going to chug alotta water today to see if I can't get some of this bloat off. Legs remain sore from prev. workout. Shoulders feeling stiff at the moment. Hopefully they will loosen up.

I have been there many times myself. When hungover I like to hit the treadmill for about 30-45 min. with a gallon of water and then the dry sauna to sweat it out. IntRain should work really well today providing you with the much needed nutrients. You might want to consider mixing it with the blue raz. gatorade for the extra carbs.

yeah I planned on trying to sweat it out in the sauna after hopefully I can just push through it and have a good workout. Been traveling and taking clients outs this whole week so really want to hit the gym hard since I haven't had time the last few days.......like the blue raz/intrain idea I am going to pick it up on the way to the gym

Day 24
Today was a less than stellar day. Very lethargic in gym this am. Did not sleep well at all. Woke up with a sore mid back and against my better judgement I went in anyway. Started on shoulders and 1/2 way through warm up my mid back started to spasm. So, I dropped the weight even more but the spasms cont. I then went to the treadmill for a 5 min loosen up session followed by stretching and finished off in the steam room. Back is freaking sore and not doing to well. Popped some Motrin and hope it kicks in soon.

As this train is slowly pulling into station I must reflect....Hahhhhh. It has been a good journey captaining this locomotive known as PI. I have noticed a drop in doms and an increase in overall recovery time. Taste is really good and I had it exgtra cold today so it was not as tiresome tasting as the past 2 workouts. Now onto the work out. A PR was hit today so look for it.

Pulling into the station.
As this IntRain is pulling into station on its final day. I must reflect. This has been a solid product that delivers solid results. I had better than usual recovery times and decrease in doms. The flavor was refreshing but wore on me as the use cont. So, I had to play with more and less water just to mix things up. The best flavor is 2 scoops with 16 oz water. I usually used 1L.
Taste 8.5/10
Peformance 9/10
Recovery 9/10
Total = 8.8
