First, thanks to APS for allowing me to log this product for them. I have used very many preworkout/NO products in the past with no luck, so hopefully this will be a product that truly delivers.
I am always open to suggestions for improvement.
My Expectations:
I expect this product to do everything it says it will.
Increases in anaerobic and aerobic performance, strength, and muscular endurance
Improvements in muscle contraction and muscle growth
Boost in oxygen utilization
Delayed onset of muscle fatigue
Rapid recovery
Elevated protein synthesis leading to dense, lean muscle mass
Enhanced nitric-oxide synthesis, producing vascularity and pump
Improved glycogen synthesis
Increases in fatty-acid metabolization, leading to noticeable fat-loss
Elevated mitochondrial function, fat metabolism, and myocardial health
Potent antioxidant support and immune enhancement
Im assuming that since this is an NO product, there will also be an increase in vascularity. Not expecting much for fat loss.
My Diet and Training
I will for the most part be eating what I want. I eat healthy in general, but do work at 2 restaurants and sometimes take home extra pizza at the end of the night. In general, I will be eating around 2500 calories a day which is below maintenance. I eat around 200-250g of Protein per day, try to eat all my carbs pre and immediately post workout, and try to get all my fats from healthy sources.
Ive been using this routine, http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=109822611 (it has worked very well for me, incase anyone is wondering) and Im in weeks 9-10. I bruised a rib and injured my shoulder so I took a break from shoulders for a couple weeks, but I will be returning to this exact schedule starting Sunday. Sets and reps usually are determined by my energy.

Just posted up pics.
Breakfast is 6 eggs, 2g fish oil and CLA, tbsp coconut oil, and 8oz V8 splash with 6g BCAAs mixed in.
Lunch was 3g fish oil (try to get 1g epd/dha every meal), 2g cla, 2 eggs, 2 turkey burgers with bbq sauce.
im gonna squeeze in a protein shake with oats around 4.

I really like this product. I actually really enjoy all of APS's products. I have tried out 3 products and each one of them has been excellent, Phenadrine, Mesomorph, and Plasmagen. All great products. I also have a couple of T-shirts they make and even those are good.!!

so i did my chest workout after checking my max. only 200, but ive been doing a wider grip and this program the past couple of weeks has kept me feeling a little weak. after its done and a 2 week break, im imagining itll be closer to 215. im not sure how much the bruised rib/shoulder is affecting this either.
as far as the actual workout, no noticeable vascularity but i had good energy and endurance. between maxing out and having to shift around some equipment, ended up being at the gym for 2 and a half hours but was going strong right to the end. i was doing the same weight as my friends by the end (both stronger than me). drank my intrabolic + 1 scoop xtend intraworkout.
as far as the shaker cup, didnt leak but whenever i drank from it there always seems to be some dripping from the top.
pwo was lipotropic protein in rice milk and V8 splash with creatine.
im taking tomorrow off and doing back day friday, then sunday im going back to the old rotation starting with shoulders and arms again.We think we know, that is our tragedy; so we never discover.

2 and a half hours?! Reminds me of the length of my PLing workouts. But I used to eat pizza during those workouts from time to time LMAO!
