    i had yet another great workout with a new PR.

    clean and press- 95 x 10, 135 x 7 (old PR was 5,but think i have 6 listed on front page), 135 x 5, 145 x 2, 145 x 1, 145 x 3, 155 x 1 (i know for a fact i could not get this up 4 weeks ago, let alone do the press)

    seated military press- +90 x 3, +90 x 3
    im never really sure what weight this is. seems like the bar should count as nothing on a smith machine but at the same time 90 lbs seems alot harder than it should be which is why i listed +90.

    seated side lateral raise- 20 x 10, 22.5 x 6, 25 x 4

    upright row wide grip- 75 x 10, 95 x 7, 105 x 5, 105 x 4

    shrugs- 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 225 x 5
    my grip was gone at this point and i forgot my straps.

    as always, endurance was there. i left because i did everything, not because i was done. still no vascularity but my forearms were completely pumped up after cleans. i could barely move my wrists for about 10 minutes.

    i will put up a final review later this week once i have a chance to go back and max out everything. i will try to do my back/deadlifts tomorrow and squat/bench tuesday depending on how everything is feeling. i cant speak for my chest and back strength just yet, but my shoulder and leg strength has clearly improved a lot over the past 2 weeks despite my sleeping issues, which is really amazing to me. thanks again for picking me to log this and thanks for all the help with everything.

    just had a quick workout to do my maxes for bench and squat.

    bench was still 200 but squat was 255, up 20 lbs from the start. i honestly feel i could have done more if i started at maybe 260-265 because after doing 255 i went for a 2nd rep and almost got it.

    i was going to take pics tonight but my front looks really bloated and i dont like it (back looks swole ) so the final review will be up sometime tomorrow.

    quick summary if youre interested in having it now:

    endurance was great every workout
    never had any noticeable/unusual vascularity
    not sure if i got good pumps from the product or from being able to do more reps of everything
    chest and back strength stayed relatively the same. chest strength is basically back to normal after having a bruised rib and doing the size/mass training.
    leg and shoulder strength improved pretty well considering i started off on a 2 week break from shoulders and have been having knee problems since right around when i started the log.

    anything else youd like me to comment on, lmk.
