It's funny how it works, 8mg ephedrine tabs are legal and can be obtained at pretty much any supplement store. Drinking ages are 18-19 depending on province but I don't recall marijuana being legal here either, maybe for medicinal purposes. I don't drink or smoke so I'm not the right guy to ask.
