    How do I increase my appetite

    I am currently bulking and have been trying to eat 2500+ calories. The problem is I never have a big appetite and I get full really easily.

    Tips/comments welcomed.

    Try Nut butters? (Not talking about the dude kind!)

    I notice that if I snack on some Peanut, Almond, or Sunflower butter, I all the sudden want to eat a lot. And since you are bulking, what better way to increase your appetite than with some good fats nut butter?!

    Now just pair that with a banana.. oh man, incoming 1000+ calories noming!

    For some reason, old fashion oats does that for me too. Anytime I eat oats, I want more they are just so good.

    eat more calorie dense foods, 2500 calories is nothing

    I could make a shake consisting of more than half that and have it in one meal. Try oats, pastas, nuts, avocados, oils, whole milk, steak it will get you to your number before you know it

    Try to select more energy dense foods and liquids. And if you are following a diet that maybe contains foods you don't particularly find greatly appetizing, switch to some foods that taste good or make them appetizing.

    A little low intensity cardio and cold ambient temperature [air conditionig] may help to stimulate your appetite.

    I have also found increasing the amount of times you eat helps. I went from typical 3 meals a day to now eating every 3-4 hours. It could be as simple as a protein shake for one of the "meals" but increasing how often you eat should help your appetite grow. I know it def helped me I can eat like a horse now, and what do you know the weight started gaining quite nicely shortly after. Just a little something I found worked for me.

    small amounts of simple sugars should do the trick. you're bulking so don't worry about a dark choc bar here and there

    I agree just start eating more often ... get your body used to frequent feedings and since you're TRYING to add calories ... have some fun and eat some calorie rich foods. Just remember to keep g of protein at least = bodyweight if not more.
