Cardio: 2.5 miles
P90x abs.
Great workout today. Awesome concentration the best. I just needed a rest I'm BACK!... Can't wait until next Saturday

It's been along time since I log. Almost 1.5 weeks. I've been resting and doing light workout. I needed to recover from my swelling knee. But everything is great now!
Workout:
Snatch: 135x3, 155x3. 170x3, 180x2, 190x1x3 (easy)
Clean & Jerk: 210x2, 225x2, 245x1x2, 250x1
I made the weight! Finally that last 3 pounds was horrific. It was not water weight so it was a bitch to get off. I've been cutting and I have not loss any strength. My endurance level is high most of the time. Intrain is kicking ass. I can't weight until Saturday. My competition is going to be epic (I hope).
I will post videos as soon as possible! Along with pictures.

Little Misty Open
Awesome competition.I had some PR for 2 out of three stats.
I weight in at 77.00 kg on the dot. It was a crazy cutting period. That's 7.4 kg lighter then my previous weight class.
Snatch
83kg-easy!
88kg- not too bad but I hit it no problem
93kg- that's 205 lbs pounds for those US guys. I had to fight this one it's my PR!!!! and I lost weight!!!! HOLY SH*T
Clean and Jerk
108kg-fail..horrible fall that hurt my thumb badly
108kg-fail..my grip was horrible because my wrist hurts
108kg-HIT!!!. it was a big one because if I fail it was over
total-201kg
Place-1st for 77kg weight class
I will post videos later I have to edit them together into one video. I will include all lifts.
I had my Intrain and Wrath mix. That kept my focus and warmed my body up the entire competition. INTRAIN has definately gave me a HUGE boost!!

Workout
Chest and Biceps today
my thumb still hurts from the competition therefore this week is conventional weightlifting
Chest: barx30, 115x10, 145x5, 165x3, 185x9,8,8,7, 145xfailure
Incline DB Press: 60x10, 55x10, 55x10
Incline DB Fly: 25x10, 30x5, 35x10
EZ Standing Curl: 50x10, 60x5, 70x3, 80x8,8,8,8, 60xfailure
Seated DB Curl: 30x10, 35x10, 35x10 (10 on each arm)
Rope Hammer Curl: 42x10,10,10
Abs
Great workout today. I was able to hit all sets and reps. The pump was INSANE. Great endurance. I had a bit of grip trouble but i blasted through it. I've never down so many reps on these exercise before. Apparently my muscle endurance is much better. INTRAIN is INSANE!!!

Leg and Triceps
I haven't squat for 2 weeks since today so today's workout was a beast for me.
Squat: 170x10, 210x5, 240x3, 270x8, 270x8, 265x8, 255x8, 180xfailure (9 reps)
Front Squat: 155x10, 175x10, 185x10
Those were hard but for some reason I was able to push myself
Leg extension: 160x10,10,10
Leg Curl: 125x10,10,10
Tricep Extension: 50x10, 60x5, 70x3, 80x8,8,8,8, 60xfailure (15 reps)
I superset with close grip bench press after each set
Overhead DUMBbell extension: 65x10, 70x10, 80x10
Tricep Pressdown: 60x10,10,10
Cardio- 30 minutes cycling at ~135 Heart beat
Notes: Great workout today. My legs are really sore right now, other than that I just have load of school work and studying to do.

Shoulders & Back
Great workout today. My legs are in excruciating pain; it's very sore. Also my chest is still sore along with my shoulders from all of the squats. But I was still able to blast through a great workout.
DB Shoulder press: 40x10, 50x5, 60x3, 70x8,8,8,8, 50xfailure (13 reps)
Upright Rows: 115x10,10,10
Seated BB Shoulder Press: 135x10,10,10
BB Row: 135x10,135x10,150x8,8,8,8
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown: 120x10, 140x10,10
DB Row: 70x10, 80x10, 90x10
Note: I was crazy exhausted after that
Abs: Weighted incline situp
Note: I had my friend working out with me so we keep doing situps after each one is finish. We do each set to failure. I couldn't breath afterward. INSANE!!!!
No videos yet. I'm still busy studying. Editing video takes a while for me because I don't really know how to do it. But after my PCAT and biochemistry exam I'll post up my competiton videos.

Reviews for Intrain
Taste: 7/10 Still good but I like Wrath just a bit better but this wild berry taste is still delicious
Strenght: 10/10 I cut with this and never lost any strenght. I actually GAINED!!! Strenght WTF?!?!
Endurance: 10/10 Most days I was able to blast through a great workout even on a calories deficit. The endurance level was very noticable.
Pumps: Can't really tell here because I take White Flood pre.
Focus: 8/10 I'm very ADD. But my focus was very strong.
Overall: 8.75/10 I HIGHLY reconmend this to anyone who's looking for a boost in the gym. This will keep your energy level up and focus during your workout. There's no lie to this just check the log and you'll see that this supplement DELIVERS!!! GET IT NOW!
