Goals:
I'm an olympic weight lifting. I don't train split body parts like many lifters. I usually hit full body every time I go to the gym by doing cleans, snatch, jerks, squats, ..etc.. My goal is to make it to the American Open this year by putting up 235 kg total on Clean&Jerk and Snatch. At this moment, I'm at 213 kg. During this log, I will probably hit one or two competition depends on how free I am but definitely one. ALSO, I'm cutting to 170 pounds at 77 kg. People say that if you cut you loose strength, I can prove that wrong because I've went from 195 in March to 178-180 lbs and has GAINED strength. Most of my stable supplements are shown above except for the new Purple Intrain. This should give me even better improvements on my lifts.

Routine
In my routine, it vary form week to week. This is just a BASIC skeletal example of my routine. I will post the actual routine every workout day. My Olympic Lifts are priority, I don't care that I'm bench light weight as long as I can bust 225 on C&J 3 times. I'm not training for size, I'm training for strength so my reps are low.

Notes: at the first 85%, the second rep took 2 attempts to complete. Then the rest was easy

Notes: took two attempt to get 240 up but the rest were easy. Overall I'm happy.

Notes: Very easy!

Notes: 315 was a beast. My right hand can barely held on the weight.

Notes: took alot of work holding on at the top because my shoulders were puslating after clean

Notes: 320 was a beast. but i got through it.

Notes: didn't go any higher because my knees were bothering me. I tore my ACL 3 years ago so my knees are weak even after surgery.
No videos today, I was at school all day and took a lab final exams and had a bunch of Statics homework. It was in and out at the gym for me
Total: 3:15 hours
Cardio: HITT 30 seconds intervals, on stationary bike for 20 minutes and cruise for 15 more minutes to loosen up my knees.
Feeling great now but very sleepy. Can't wait to get my Intrain tomorrow.

First Try Review
Taste:taste great like raspberry. I sipped it a few gulp then added Wrath to the bottle and it was even better. Overall great taste.
Mixability: no problem at all it mixed great.
Endurance: my shoulders were bothering me but after clean and jerk. my when my shoulders were numbed. I was able to blast through my workout like a beast. So yeah that sh*t work. Just look at my video. Even through pain I can still manage the rep!!!! 10/10 for this.
Overall: Not too shabby. I will see how this works out. So far so good. great product so far, crazy endurance for sure.
