Workout August 4, 2009
Today is different. I'm stopping OW for the next 1.5 weeks because my index finger's cuticle is ripped and I can't grip the weight. I know I'm a pussy lol but I would like a break. I'm doing a typical bodybuilding workout.
Shoulders and Legs
Squat: 185x5, 225x5, 275x3x3
OverHead Squat: 190x5x5
Seated DB Press: 45x10, 55x10, 65x10, 75x6
Machine Shoulder Press: 85x failure for 3 sets
Cable Lateral: 4x20 on each arm.
Abs
Cardio: Mow the lawn took around 3 hours.
I forgot how easy it is on my body when I stop OW. I tore my shoulders and leg apart today. I don't do heavy weights but I try to keep my form perfect so that I can high mainly my quads on squats. My traps are a bit sore now from shoulder workout. After I finished working out. I had a enough energy to mow the lawn. Intrain is deffinately a great endurance booster. It's delicious!! taste like bubble yum when mixed with PW. Loving it so far. No video for the next 4 workouts because I'm not really doing anything spectacular.

I haven't worked out in 2 days. I drove back to visit my parents last night and it was a rest day. I slept all day today. But tomorrow I'm heading to the local gym to hit Legs & Shoulders real hard. Have to burn of the home cook meal I ate today for the first time in 4 months. Vietnamese food is the best!!

August 8, 2009 Workout
finally got a workout in. THis is the problem going back to visit my parents... no gym. Well I did shoulders and legs today. Feels good. I'm going through a week of conditioning.. I don't rest I use really light weights for high reps. It prevents overtraining for me and the soreness from a week's rest.
Back Squat: 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 155x10, 155x10, 205x10,205x10, 205x10
Notes: This didn't even phase me. I missed the taste of Itrain It taste great after 4 days out of the gym almost.
Lunges: 135x15x4
Notes: My legs were pumped! I haven't done lunges in ages. Feels great.
Behind Neck Military Standing: barx20, 65x20, 115x8x3
Notes: I made sure my form was perfect. It burns but feels fantastic.
Upright Rows: 115x20x5
Notes: Even though I can go for more reps I stopped because THIS IS MY REST WEEK!
Key Notes: Intrain has a negative effect in that you don't want to stop!!!. It's ridiculous for endurance. PW and PI is definitely a stable for any true athlete out there. I notice that I sweat more. my body feels really hot and I was in the zone most of the time. Props to CL for creating a solid product.
FOr this next week. I'm working with my old football trainer to created a new Olympic routine and a new diet. Next Competition is in Sept 12, 2009!!

Awesome day today. I thought i'd do leg and shoulders but the rack was packed and I didn't feel like waiting. So I did chest and biceps. I can't wait to do Olympic Weightlifting again I miss it.
Bench Press: barx20, 95x20, 135x15; 155x10; 185x8; 185x5; 185x5; 205x3; 185x5; 155x8; 135x10
Incline DB: 45x10; 50x10; 60x10; 70x6
Incline BB: 135x6x4
DB Hammer Curl: 30x20; 35x20; 40x18; 40x14
Cable Curl: 50x12x5
Cable Preacher Curl: 90x12x5
Cardio: Keeping it light so I can heal. Elliptical 25 minutes at 130 heart beat.
Fantastic workout. I came in the gym very unfocussed because I was still waiting for my final grades. Very worried for not making A's. It took my 4 sets into my bench press before PW and Intrain kicked in and it was over. I forgot about everything except lifting. My chest was pumped and my biceps were hurting like crazy. Loving the results.

Review
1/4 way Review for Intrain
Taste: Still fantastic. Loving the taste maybe a bit dry i guess but the sweetness is perfect. 9/10
Mixibility: 10/10 No lumps. Never had to swallow lumps so that's a positive
Endurance: 10/10!!!! Huge effect on my lifting. I was able to do more without getting too tire. I'm able to recover so that I can also do secondary exercise after my main lifts. Great!
Focus: 8/10 The tingly feeling is intense most of the time. I sweat more I so my body heats up. This helps me stay warm between rest period so I can prevent injuries. Awesome!
Strenght: 7/10 It's more of a secondary effect. The endurance enable me to lift more often which in turns get me stronger. So not too shabby.
Final Note: Highly recommend this product. Get it and you won't regret it.!!

Leg and shoulders day. No video today. I went to the gym looked for my iphone...left it at home.
Squat: barx5; 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x4, 275x5, 300x1
Lunges: 135x10x3
Seated DB SHoulder PRess: 50x10, 60x8, 60x8
Standing Behind Neck Press: barx10, 95x10, 155x10, 135x8
Abs: 15 minutes abs with 30 seconds reps between sets. I did various things leg raise, roller, delcine sit up, V-Ups, torso twist... i went through it 3 times . 30 seconds on 30 seconds off
Cardio: 25 Min eliptical.
Notes: I had no energy today. My glycogen level is probably completely dminished. I'm on a new diet eating only 80 grams of carbs. I didn't bring home WF so I had to mentally pushed through the workout. This usually happens when I started cutting strictly. It'll get better next week. Intrain kept me going..!!!
