Workout July 30, 2009
Snatch From Knee: (170)80% 3r, (180)85% 2r, (190)90% 1r x 3s, (170)80% 2r x 2s
Notes: Finished all of my reps with easy. I feel like a beast!!!
Clean & Jerk: (210)80% 2r, (225)85% 1r, (240)90% 1
Notes: Couldn't do much because my right shoulder was in excruciating pain. I did numerous reps with 135 to ease the pain at the end..
Back Squat: (285)80% 3r, (305)85% 2r, (320)90% 1r x 3s, 225x6x3
Notes: even though my legs were a bit tired I was able to rep a few at 225 no problems. (endurance is great today other than the shoulder pain)
Press Behind Neck BB: 95x3x10
Notes: I did this light to make sure that I don't aggravate my shoulders much I just wanted blood pumped to my shoulders so it can heal.
Seat Arnold Press: 40x10, 50x8, 45x8, 40x8
Notes: Need more blood flow so I took it lightly
Cable Lateral: 20x4 at 10 lbs
Notes: I did this basically until failure. My shoulders were crazy pumped along with my traps.
Great workout. Other than shoulder pain... I was able to do much of my workout. Cardio I did 20 minutes HITT on stationary bike (very intense). Here are some of my clean jerk today. On the 240lbs rep. I can barely jerk it the first time but I was able to somehow pull off one rep!!
BTW my final review will be better lol.

FYI: My form was horrific. I took the weight off when my butt is too high. I need to get a bit lower so that I can catch the weight easier. This my contribute to my shoulder problem because I'm too high, I have to use too much upper body strength to support the weight therefore the amount of weight I can lift goes down. I will improve as time go.

Workout August 1, 2009
Yesterday was a rest day. I had a great night sleep and hit the gym really hard today.
Snatch (170)80% 3r, (180)85% 2r, (190)90% 1r, (170)80% 3r x 2s
Notes: NO problem here. I was able to finished all my reps without being exhausted. Intrain is kicking ass for endurance
Clean (210)80% 3r, (225)85% 2r, (240)90% 1r
Notes: I found out what was bothering my shoulder. I narrow down my grip and no more pain! A big plus is that I was able to blast through this like it's a warm up. Crazy energy!
Front Squat (245)80% 3r (260)85% 3r, (280)90% 1, 285 x1, 285x1 (fail)
Notes: I failed my last 285 rep but that's OK. I killed my legs from clean and snatch already. It's all good.
Bench Press superset with Lat Pulldown
135x8, 155x8, 175x8, 185x7, lat pull down- 4x12 at 100lbs
DB incline. 50x8, 60x8, 70x6
Abs: Cable crunch 3xfailure
Notes: today was a decent workout. 7/10 for me. So far I can tell that Intrain is getting a slight boost in my workout. My body is heated up form taking it therefore I was able to stay pretty warmed through my rest period. This helps be for some reason concentrate a bit better. Plus stacking with PW, it taste like bubble yum flavor. It's delicious. Such a treat to workout now!!

Nice snatch numbers bro. Have you ever done 1-arm db snatches before? I am supposed to be doing these in my new workout that is coming up and am not 100% sure on the form for em.

Notes: Crazy concentration. I fail on my 200 lbs attempt because my index finger was splitting apart due to hook grip. Can't really get a good grip on the weight.
Power Clean (210)80% 3r, (225)85% 2r, (240)90% 1r, (250)95% 1r(fail), (225)85% 2r
Notes: fail 250 due to grip
Jerk From Rack (210)80% 3r, (225)85% 2r, (240)90% 1r, (250)95% 1r, (225)85% 2r
Notes: All easy reps. Usually I can barely do these especially from 240 and up. I'm usually really tire by this time but now my endurance is getting much better. Intrain is insane.
Clean Pull (225)80% 3r, (275)85% 3r, 315x1, 330x1
Notes: 330!!! PR here Feels Good Man.
Front Squat (245)80% 3r, (260)85% 3r, (275)90% 2r, (290)95% 1r x 2s, (260)85% 2r
Notes: This kicked my a**. I was exhausted afterwards!
