yea first day did not go well.. couple setbacks this morning, rushing bad, almost got into an accident from someone cutting me off.. oh yea dropped my berry n cracked the screen so had to pay 50 for a new one, so couldnt call to tell the school i would be late.. got lost getting there cuz of ****ty yahoo map directions.. showed up 1/2 hr late, class left after the head guy had to step in n BS a little..

sooo on my firstg day as a professor I never even met my students

when i started this log (dont think i posted it in here, my measurents were 14" straight, and 15.25" flexed, with a decent pump goin too..

Yet again only a basic leg routine this week I just cant seem to lay out the time and motivation to throw heavy weights on.

just got back from a siiiiick chest workout, dont haver time to type up the whole thing cuz i gotz me a date

BUT I will at least let you know my quick review of the NEW White Rasberry White Flood:

Smell: 9/10 Not too strong, with a slight sweet smell
Mixability: 9.9/10 16 oz water, everything dissolved nicely, felt a few grains while drinking but nothing annoying
Taste: 9.5/10 Not overly sweet, in fact a very mild hint of rasberry in my opinion.. For me sweetness is a hit or miss, and frankly I'm glad this flavor doesn't over do it. Has a slight bitterness/tartness, but thats of course from the berry, but definitely a good mix of sweet and tart
Energy: 9.8/10 Started kicking in 5-10 minutes after my first initial gulps Energy lasted throughout my workout (log in sig)
Vascularity: 9.5/10 I hit chest, delts n abs today, and somehow from those (probably the rope curls) I got some insane vascularity going in my biceps even all the way at the end of my workout.. can't wait to use it tomorrow for back and then monday for Bi's n Tri's (will update this review again)
Value: As always you would get what you pay for with CL, very affordable and an AMAZING pre-workout supplement!!!

White Rasberry WF w/ Electric Lemonade Green Magnitude:
Mixability: 9/10- mixed it in about 18 oz I would think (label off the bottle), had some particles on the bottom but nothing a few more ounces couldnt fix.. really not a bad thing to get extra H2O in pre-workout anyways
Taste: 9.5/10 I actually really enjoyed it despite the different flavors, and I actually beliece I could taste the Raspberry OVER the Lemonade, but was a great mix.. I guess could call it Raspberry Lemonade
Pump/Vasularity: 9.75/10 Ridiculous pump in my tri's & bi's that lasted all the way thru the respective exercises (tri pump subsided after last exercise but it still around somewhat now), vascularity was pretty good, had great veins in my forearms, not so much in my bi's cuz i added some bf back but w/e..
