Was tired from the start today, was 1.5 hrs late to work and had to make up some excuse. Then fell asleep reading today and when I woke up was really ****ty out. By the time I convinced myself to go to the gym a ridiculous storm/tornado blew thru here. When I got to the gym the power was out and they wouldnt let us lift Was yawning alot and felt sluggish today, going to load up on Vitamin C and echinacea to make sure I don't come down with something.

Tomorrow is an off day, going to a beer-b-q so eating alot and some boozin.. sure glad I'm not cutting anymore lol

Pretty strong workout considering you were dead tired man. Hope the Vita C works out for you and you don't get sick bro. Have you ever tried Zicam before? I used it a coulple of times last year during school when it felt like I was coming down with something and it seemed to help me break out of it before I got the full blunt of it.

This thing is just a pill that you let dissolve under your tongue. I have tried the airborne stuff before and it didn't do jack for me. Th
e Zicam at least seemed to help me get over it faster and prevent me from fully getting it.

They make it in rapid melt tabs, swabs you like rub in your nose, and nasal spray. I have only tried the tabs, but the other stuff doens't seem like it would work as well to me anyways.

They have different flavors of it. I think I got like citrus, it didn't taste bad at all.

more indecency to com fellas.. i love to cook up some crazy meals, i think soon will be spicy bruschetta-lime chicken n shrimp over brown and wild rice w/ parmesan cheese

right now sittin at work with a stupid sore throat, took some zicam so hopefully that will work, as well my OT soon as i finish my oatmeal n shake.. going to a bbq later so if i drink i'll have vodka n orange juice (at least I'll be boosting vitamin C haha)

i was a all year cutter but now just sed fuk it i wanna add some size haha

and apparently last night i turned into a punching bag as the girls i havent seen in a while were amazed with my abs, not they they are great but compared to the other guys there i looked like ripped haha

workin right now, hardly any appetite again since my throat is killing me, and dont have much food with me... might have to order chinese or pizza/sub... any suggestions???
