eh did a 4 plate t bar row for 8 reps, kinda a PR cuz i dont really ever do them lol.
looking at last back day i did 180 on lat pull downs, went to a different weight room yesterday and did 187.5. so i guess theres another PR lol

aight so chest and shoulders today. thought it was a pretty solid workout. some of the shoulder stuff i didnt really go that heavy on. shoulders felt like they needed a lighter day.
chest:
bench press:155x10 warm up, 3x8, 185, 205, 225
incline DB press:3x90x8
chest press:3x8, 180, 230, 270
cable cross over:3x8, 60, 70, 80
modified cross over:3x40x8
shoulders:
DB shoulder press:3x45x8 just used this to get my shoulders going

aight, pushed the arms a little bit today, got some tricep PRs.
back:
wide grip pullups:3x10
DB rows: 3x80x8
close grip seated cable row:4x8, 135, 150, 165, 180 (after did a few sets with just my left side)
stiff arm pull downs:3x50x8
triceps:
rope pull downs:3x100x10 (for warm up)
CGBP:3x8, 155, 185, **205** <-PR
skullz:3x8, 75, 85, **95**<-PR, but wasnt difficult and prolly coulda done it before, just never felt like changing the weight on the bar lol)

rode bike on lvl 15 for 5 mins for warmup
thighs:
front squats:3x8, 155, 185, 205 didnt go heavy on these, my back was hurting a bit

pretty sweet workout today. chest and shoulders got blasted pretty hard
chest:
bench press:155x12, 185x8, 205x6, 225x10(felt like coulda done 12 but i had no spotter so didnt wanna risk it =/)
incline DB press:3x90x8
incline chest machine:180x8, 230x8, 270x8

shoulders:did a **** load for these
machine shoulder press:100x12, 120x12, 140x12 (didnt feel like putting plates on the bar lol)
BB front raises:3x95x8(first time doing these, not to bad i dont think)

rear delt fly machine:90x8, 105x8, 120x8
rear delt DB flys:3x15x8
