holy ****ing ****, this was definitely one of the best workouts i've ever had. the intensity was so good i was sweating like a mother ****er even with all those damn fans going.
hams and quads:
front squats:3x8 with a 155x10 warm up, 185, 205, 225 (225x10 is my PR)
leg press:5x8, 405, 495, 585 (normal stoping point), 675, 765 (i was so excited i got this one, knees to chest 765 for 8 reps. looked cool with all those plates on there lol)
leg press machine:3x8, 400 (maxed the stack)
seated leg curls:3x8, 160, 190, 220
leg extentions:3x8, maxed the stack, little over 300 i think
single leg curls:3x8, 40, 60, 80
close stance leg press machine:went back and did 3x8 on the machine with my feet close together to work the outsides of the quads, maxed the stack
calves:
calf raises:used the machine i did the leg presses on, 6x20 400lbs
seated calf raises:4x20, 90, 135, 180, 135. 1x50, 90. 1x100, 45

aight well normally tomorrow would be my chest and shoulder day, but i think im gonna go on a long ass bike ride instead. prolly do some ab work too since i didnt do any today. so ill do chest and shoulders on tuesday

k so here's the workout, nothing exciting to report.
chest:
free weight chest press:90lbsx10 warmup, 1x180x8, 2x230x8. this machine is different than the once i normally do.
incline DB press:3x90x8
cable crossovers:3x60x8
modified cable crossover:3x40x8
bench press:3x155x10. just getting one last pump.
shoulders:
DB shoulder press:3x65x8
rear delts:dont know what they are called, used the cables tho. 6x40x8
DB side raises:3x8, 30, 35, 40
front raises:3x8, 25, 30, 35
DB shrugs:3x8, 90, 100, 110

lol felt like it on the leg day. chest and shoulder day just made me tired. i dont feel light headed unless i do a REALLY heavy compund like a set of squats or something

aight headin up to the track to do some running. legs are blown from that leg day still so prolly nothing to intense. the gym is like right down the road so think ill go do some ab work there

aight well i did some stadiums and stairs, but it burned since my legs are fried. hoped on the bike for a little while and got the heart rate up. back and arms tomorrow. i think in a week i might deload. go light or only lift 3 days for a week

o yea went on a 20 mile bike ride after that workout too. so glad a iced after. got legs today and most likely wont put up and spectacular numbers, but we'll see
