    Side Chest and Lower Chest

    what are good exercises for Side and Lower Chest?

    i have good pecs and middle chest...but my side and lower chest have some fat..

    I'm not sure what you mean by "side" chest but for lower chest, chest dips and cable flies are great. You can also use decline bench, but chest dips and cable flies hit the lower chest much better.

    Just keep lifting and training you chest. You're not there yet. Keep doing your bench. Keep doing your flyes. Keep doing your dips. Keep lifting and don't worry about the little stuff.


    My opinion.
    I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

    bench press
    dumbell bench press

    just work on filling your chest out and with time it will come, you cannot isolate different parts of the chest with different exercises except for the upper chets muscle, pectoralis minor by incline presses and the bigger portion of the chest and the pectoralis major with exercise mostly on a flat or as people have said dips and flyes and crossovers etc...

    just keep training hard for size and it will come
