    nosebreakers - try doing them with straight bar on incline and bring bar behind ur head and extend straight up (keeping elbow pointed up) u will feel the insertion (interior rear delt/armpit area) aka scapula, furthest corner on outside of your lats

    I get real sore when I do these on that portion of the tricep
