    Stress. Not been going to the gym.

    Hi guys. I'm going through the finals week for college. I've been stressed out for the past 2 weeks and I haven't gone to the gym in 3 days. Also my nutrition has been nothing but fast food and carbs. Do you guys think that I might've lost my muscle gains? I feel like crap and I feel so soft. I'm really excited to go back today, but just wondering if I've done a lot of damage to myself this past week.

    Cut yourself some slack. Getting through finals and doing well should be your priority. Thats what is awesome about the gym and weights, they will always be there, and will always weigh the same. Bang out your finals and kick life in the a$$.

    Not in 3 days. Dont take too long though, longer you wait the harder it is to get the routine back. Finish up finals and get back on the weights! Good luck

    You probably have more gains from eating all those carbs i bet your strength is higher when you go back. A few days off is fine just get back to it when you can. Also the gym helps stress so you should probably make more of an effort to hit it
