Last winter, I was running a split around body parts, like chest tris, what not.
I had some pretty good success with that, but after reading more and more the consensus among authors is that athletes shouldn't go with those types of splits.
For sole purpose of size followed by strength. You guys think I'm better off with a body part split or a full body split.
