Beta-Alanine 180cap: 3 caps PreWO
BCAA Max 200cap: Taken between meals
NEW CARB Max Citris Rush: 60g PostWO (only 10 workouts out of the tub w/ this size dosage)
Joint-V 135cap: Taken with Meal #2

Hmm, I'm glad you let me know, I was about make a very awkward threat in your own thread But for real, thats sick! I am very pumped about this stack, thanks again for selecting me. I haven't been on anything for the last 3 months, so I think this stack is gonna give me a bigg push over some plateaus. Anyways, back to your log...Sick stash, what flavor of the protein did you end up with?

Just-Whey Strawberry Protein

Taste - 9.5 out of 10. Wow this stuff is great. This is very close to a natural strawberry flavor. I have had many strawberry proteins and this has a very slight chemical flavor.

Mixability - 9.5 out of 10. It mixes very well and no complaints in a shaker or a blender. I don't mix shakes with spoons or forks like some gangsters here so I have no comment about that.

Random Thoughts - The profile on the protein is great. I also enjoy the basic labels from SP.

Carb Max - Citrus Rush

Taste - 9 out of 10. Good Flavor. I tried a bit standalone without the addition of protein and it tasted good.

Mixability - 9.5 out of 10. It mixes very well and no complaints in a shaker.

Random Thoughts - Nothing too exciting but it is a great product for postWO. I use 3 servings to get 60g carbs after my workout.


Other Just Basics Products (BCAA/Beta Alanine/Creatine/Joint/Multi)

Thoughts - Nothing to note at this point in the log. These are all ingredients in my normal arsenal so I will only be able to note small chances.

Pretty much eating anything in my path. I am around 4k calories and am still hungry an hour after I eat . On my way to 210
